Job Description:
- International Business Research and Expansion: Develop and execute the international business development strategy for wealth management services, identify new market opportunities, research on new market and local regulatory policies, acquire new clients, and establish and maintain relationships with overseas financial institutions, investors, and partners.
- Risk Management: Monitor and evaluate market risks in target countries and regions, develop appropriate risk management strategies, and ensure compliance and stability in the company's wealth business activities.
- Cross-department Coordination: Collaborate closely with various internal departments, including front, middle, and back office, to ensure alignment between overseas expansion activities and overall business strategies. Facilitate project progress to ensure the successful implementation of the company's strategies and achieve a unified vision.
Job Requirements:
- Educational Background: Masters degree or above in Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Knowledge and Skills: In-depth understanding of the global wealth management market and knowledge of international financial services. Proficient in market research and analysis, with the ability to provide valuable insights and strategic recommendations.
- Work Experience: Minimum of 3 years of relevant work experience in wealth management, financial institutions, or related industries, with a focus on international business development. Experience in cross-border wealth management is preferred.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in both written and spoken Chinese and English, with excellent communication and negotiation skills in a cross-cultural environment, proficiency in minority languages preferred.
- Teamwork and Coordination: Strong ability to collaborate with internal departments, stakeholders, and external partners to ensure effective project implementation and coordination.
