We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a
Manager, Customer Development. Principal Responsibilities - Take ownership of below-the-line campaign development for the company, with the primary goal of driving customer growth and penetration
- Ensure seamless execution of campaigns by adhering to internal procedures and external regulatory guidelines, including cross-border considerations and adherence to gift guidelines
- Foster strong collaboration with various internal stakeholders, including Customer Proposition, Distribution, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, and Legal, to ensure successful campaign execution
- Utilize Data and Analytics expertise to leverage customer data and deliver targeted campaigns that effectively communicate and resonate with the intended audience
- Manage the creation and development of campaign materials such as Terms and Conditions, electronic direct mailers, SMS messages, and letters, ensuring accuracy and timeliness in their delivery
- Regularly conduct Return on Marketing Investment (ROMI) analysis to track and evaluate the effectiveness of programs, making data-driven decisions to optimize future campaigns
- Monitor campaign-related expenses and track budgetary performance, making adjustments as needed to stay within budgetary constraints. Conduct periodic budget reviews and provide insights to optimize spending and maximize the impact of campaigns
- Supervise and provide guidance to junior staff members responsible for the implementation of campaigns and fulfilment process of campaigns
Requirements
- Solid experience in planning and executing below-the-line marketing programs
- Experience in collaborating with cross-functional teams, possessing strong communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
- Strong analytical skills with a detail-oriented mindset
- Experience in the insurance industry with a good understanding of insurance regulations is a plus
- Efficient, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Hold an undergraduate degree in Business Studies, Marketing, or a related discipline
