Job Responsibilities:
1. Iterated and updated the company's welfare system and personnel management system according to market research results, and improved the company's systematic construction;
2. Responsible for the company's welfare-related management, such as performance assessment, salary adjustment and promotion, etc.;
3. Responsible for designing and integrating SSC's core business processes, establishing unified service processes and operating norms, regularly adjusting and optimizing the processes;
4. Responsible for providing human resources services (recruitment, onboarding, transfers, terminations), file management, attendance management, organization management;
5. Conducted human resource data analysis and provided data support for business, HRBP, and COE;
Job Requirements:
1. Familiar with Hong Kong labor policies and the talent market.
2. At least 5 years of HR experience, with strong business capabilities, especially in recruitment and employee relations.
3. Possess relevant HR knowledge and skills, familiar with HR management processes.
4. Possess public relations skills and strong organizational and coordination abilities.
5. Excellent communication and expression skills, strong execution ability, high-stress tolerance, and drive.
