Job Requirements:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- At least 8 years of experience in data analysis, particularly in machine learning and predictive modeling; leadership experience in insurance or financial services is preferred.
- Proficiency in programming languages like Python or R.
- Experience with machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or PyTorch.
- Ability to conceptualize and build AI/ML models.
