Job Responsibilities:
1. Collect and organize recruitment needs according to the company's business development, formulate recruitment plans, and meet the employment needs of various departments;
2. Independently carry out the entire recruitment process, such as job posting, talent search, resume screening, interview arrangement, interview evaluation, background investigation, onboarding tracking, etc.;
3. Make full use of various recruitment channels to meet the company's talent needs, and continuously conduct statistics and analysis of recruitment data, optimize recruitment processes and strategies, and improve recruitment efficiency;
4. Responsible for collecting talent market information, including talent information of competing companies, conducting targeted talent hunting, and continuously updating and maintaining the talent pool;
5. Collaboratively plan and participate in employer branding, campus recruitment, school-enterprise cooperation and other projects.
Job requirements:
1. Bachelor degree or above, more than 2 years of experience in large-scale enterprise recruitment, proficient in recruitment-related knowledge, familiar with the entire recruitment process;
2. Familiar with interview skills, talent assessment tools and methods, and master the same industry talent hunting techniques and methods;
3. Those with experience in leading or planning major recruitment, employer branding and other human resources projects are preferred;
4. Have good communication skills, logical analysis skills, affinity and service awareness, strong sense of responsibility and professionalism, and strong pressure tolerance.
