Job Responsibilities: - Spearhead the technical solutions for new product initiatives, enhancements, and regulatory compliance.
- Work closely with various stakeholders, including Actuarial, Operations, IT, and Finance, to align initiatives with business objectives.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from product managers to create the Business Requirements Specification (BRS).
- Assess Functional Specifications (FS) and engage with product managers and IT to ensure a shared understanding of requirements and solutions.
- Oversee system testing and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to guarantee product quality.
- Ensure adherence to regulatory standards and actively participate in implementation meetings to facilitate timely product launches and initiatives.
About You: - Bachelor's degree with a minimum of 4-6 years of experience in the insurance sector, information technology, or a related field preferred.
- Proven experience in gathering business requirements, reviewing functional specifications, and executing user acceptance testing.
- Extensive knowledge of product development, operational processes, and system workflows.
- The ability to speak Cantonese is a must
