Newly set up team, directly embedded within the business
APAC scope, working with senior C-suite across multiple business lines
Partnering closely with IT team to form a customer 360 data platform
Drive the group analytics and insights strategy
Maximize lead generation and conversion, leverage data across different customer
Manage product commercialization and business side rather than just servicing
✔ 10-15 years experience in Data Analytics (Customer, CRM, Digital, Marketing, Martech)
✔ Know how to run campaigns or triggers on Salesforce or other campaign vendor tool
✔Solid experience in Customer journey design / Propositions management
✔ Strong preference for someone with Consulting and Insurance/Banking background
Location: Hong Kong - Permanent role
Salary budget: HKD 1.7 to 2 mill basic + 3-4 months bonus
