What will you do?
* Perform clubhouse management and to ensure smooth daily operations
* Monitor the general inspection of clubhouse areas and to ensure all clubhouse facilities and inventories such as Cigars, wines and teas are in good conditions.
* Maintaining a high level of hygiene and quality standard for the clubhouse
* Assist to plan and organize various activities and events for management level
* Perform vendor management and supervise vendors performance.
* Manage contractor administration and service contract renewal.
* Handle petty cash application and control
* Maintain valuable supplies inventory such as wines, cigars and teas, place orders, and ensure stock levels are adequate.
* Work closely together with CEO assistants from local team and China team and tea ladies to ensure the best experience for VIP guests at all times
* Assist in ad-hoc duties as assigned by management level.
What a successful candidate looks like?
* Form 5 or above or qualification equivalent to Qualifications Framework Level 3
* At least 2 years of relevant experiences preferably in prestigious clubhouse, hotels or similar establishments.
* Proactive attitude, good interpersonal skills, polite and willing to learn.
* Excellent customer service skills.
* Good communication skills in both English and Chinese, including general knowledge of Mandarin
* Proficiency in MS Office (word and excel) and Chinese Word Processing
* Able to adapt changing needs, able to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
