Job Responsibilities:
- Enhance relationships with existing and prospective clients to achieve business targets.
- Develop and acquire new business to strengthen relationships within identified market segments.
- Assist branch relationship managers in managing customer portfolios and resolving issues.
- Collaborate with branch and district managers to develop and implement business plans and marketing strategies for wealth management.
- Cultivate strong relationships with clients and expand the high-net-worth client base.
- Provide tailored advice, conduct regular reviews, and offer post-sales services.
- Meet sales targets for financial products aimed at consumer banking customers.
Qualifications and Attributes:
- Degree holder with passes in IIQE Papers 1, 3, and 5.
- Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the insurance or banking industry, with a proven track record in financial planning.
- Excellent time management and communication skills.
- Strong customer selling and relationship-building skills with branch staff.
- Flexible and adaptable to a bank branch environment.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
