Over 10 years of experience in insurance or finance-related fields; candidates with experience in banking, brokerage, or insurance companies/Brokers are preferred.

Excellent negotiation, communication, and management skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Proficient in the operational logic of the insurance industry.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills, multitasking abilities, and the ability to identify and resolve issues promptly.
