Talent Acquisition Officer - Human Resources (Job code: 3919)

 

Responsibilities

 

  • Be a team member in Talent Acquisition team of Human Resources Department.
  • Provide end to end administrative support to the talent acquisition team from sourcing to onboarding arrangement and logistics
  • Support various recruitment administration activities to ensure all interviews and assessment centers are well arranged and coordinated
  • Assist Section Head to review and revamp onboarding policies and procedures on regular basis
  • Work closely with Talent Acquisition Managers to ensure hiring data is updated accurately and in a timely manner in system
  • Ensure hiring and onboarding processes are adhere to all established risk control guidelines
  • Prepare, maintain and update hiring trackers for reporting purpose
  • Conduct orientation with new joiners
  • Participate in talent acquisition activities and projects as required

 

Requirements

 

  • University graduate
  • Minimum of 2 year solid experience in human resources or experience from banking industry
  • Knowledge of hiring and onboarding process
  • Experience in banking licensing roles onboarding support is an advantage
  • Well-versed in local employment related ordinances and regulations
  • Proactive, detail-minded and a good team player
  • Able to work independently
  • Good communication, analytical and interpersonal skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese and Mandarin)
  • Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Talent Acquisition Officer
