Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement business plans in accordance with department level strategy
  • Analyze the latest financial technology development information in the market, propose research requirements, and support business development plan
  • Lead cross-departmental projects, provide strategic solutions to internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth project implementation, Coordinate internal resources to develop, organize, implement and monitor innovative and transformational projects
  • Formulate the use of internal and external data to analyze market, customer need and business potential
  • Prepare various reports to Senior Management
  • Identify business process transformation opportunity and participate
Requirements:
  • Degree or above with major in Business Administration/ Marketing/ Finance/ Fintech or related discipline is preferred
  • Holder of CIM,PMP,CSM and/or SCRUM is preferable
  • At least 1 years or more experience in product management/e-channel development in banking/financial technology industry (for Senior Product Manager position, more experience is required)
  • Sound knowledge in business development, customer experience and e-channel management
  • Proficient skills in formulating development plans and implementation
  • Ability to co-ordinate cross-department projects and communication
  • Strong project management, analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding in financial products, experience in operational efficiency and customer service;
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Mandarin is an advantage
  • Familiar with computer software e.g. MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Flexible and adaptive to changes
