Community Management and Marketing Operations Specialist
Job Responsibilities:
1. Community Management and Operations:
- Manage community platforms (Telegram, Discord), ensuring daily interaction and engagement.
- Develop community operation strategies, regularly publish content, organize events, and motivate community members to participate in discussions.
- Respond promptly to community inquiries and feedback, maintaining effective communication and interaction to enhance user satisfaction and loyalty.
2.User Growth and Engagement:
- Plan and execute growth strategies for both community and social media platforms (Telegram, Discord, Twitter), attracting new users and expanding the community.
- Increase community engagement and retention through reward mechanisms, AMAs, and other activities.
3. Content Creation and Promotion:
- Write community announcements, news updates, and promotional content, ensuring accurate and relevant information is delivered to community members.
- Coordinate with the design team to create community visual content (images, videos) and maintain consistent brand identity.
- Analyze Twitter content performance regularly, optimize posts to improve user engagement, visibility, and follower growth.
- Write and publish creative copy in line with event plans, ensuring the account remains active and engaging.
- Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, providing timely suggestions for content adjustments on Twitter and in the community.
4. Data Analysis and Optimization:
- Analyze community growth and engagement data, track key metrics (such as user growth, engagement, retention), and optimize community operations strategies based on data insights.
- Regularly report on community performance, providing feedback and suggestions to drive sustained growth.
- Use tools like Twitter Analytics to track and analyze tweet performance and user interaction data, offering content adjustment suggestions based on feedback.
5. Event Planning and Execution:
- Execute both online and offline community activities, such as AMAs, hackathons, and online competitions.
- Assist in organizing industry conferences and seminars related to the blockchain industry.
Requirements:
1. Educational Background:
- Bachelors degree or higher, preferably in Marketing, Communications, English, or related fields.
2. Skills and Experience:
- At least 1 year of community&social media management experience, with preference for candidates with blockchain or cryptocurrency industry experience.
- Familiar with crypto community platform operations and growth strategies, with a proven track record of successfully expanding communities.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, capable of addressing and resolving complex community issues.
3. Language Proficiency:
- Proficient in using English as a working language, able to communicate effectively with international teams and community members.
4. Personal Qualities:
- Passionate about the blockchain industry, with strong learning abilities and a keen sense of industry trends.
- Highly self-driven, innovative, and capable of working efficiently under pressure.
