IT Specialist

Responsibilities:

1. Assist with the team leader in managing the entire group's IT operations, including basic network communication, server and data center management, data storage and backup, hardware and software setup and maintenance, office and desktop operations, information system management, and IT asset management.
2. Help implement and optimize the IT management system, including procedural standards, to ensure IT operations comply with SFC and company requirements.
3. Support multiple offices in HK, Mainland China, Singapore, etc., collaborate with vendors and service providers to promptly respond to the IT needs of various departments and employees.
4. Handle complex technical support issues and provide solutions.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields, with over 2 years of experience in IT operations, preferably with experience in financial institutions.
2. Familiar with IT infrastructure, network communication, server hardware, desktop operations, IT asset management, and information system management.
3. Proficiency in the setup and maintenance of office software backends such as AD and Office 365.
4. Knowledge of identity and access management, Windows, Linux, VMware, and cloud services including AWS, MSAzure, and Cloud.
5. Familiar with virtualization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes (k8s), or VM.
6. Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, with a plus for Cantonese speakers.
