Responsibilities:
- Responsible for the development and maintenance of major banking clients in Southeast Asia, formulating and implementing sales strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of client needs and provide professional solutions.
- Establish and maintain long-term stable relationships with clients to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate internal resources to ensure projects are delivered on time and meet client requirements.
- Regularly report on sales progress and market dynamics to support company decision-making.
Requirements:
- Degree holder or above, preferably in Finance, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum of 3 years working experience in client development within the banking sector, with resources related to banks in Thailand, the Philippines, Indonesia, or other Southeast Asian countries preferred.
- Capable of channel development, with excellent communication skills and resilience.
- Proficient in written and spoken English.
- Strong business acumen and team spirit, and able to work under pressure.
- Willing to travel is a must.
