Your new role
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients in Southeast Asian banks, creating and executing effective sales strategies.
- Gain a deep understanding of customer needs to provide tailored, professional solutions.
- Establish and nurture long-term, stable partnerships with clients to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
- Coordinate internal company resources to ensure timely project delivery and meet customer requirements.
- Regularly report on sales progress and market trends to support informed company decision-making.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in finance, economics, or related disciplines.
- 1-3 years' experience in customer development within the banking sector, with a preference for candidates with connections in Southeast Asian markets such as Thailand, the Philippines, or Indonesia.
- Proven ability at channel expansion, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and strong stress management abilities.
- Demonstrated business acumen, teamwork orientation, and resilience under pressure, with the ability to undertake frequent international travel and proficiency in English as a working language.
