A Top-Tier Financial Institution is looking for a Complaint Handling Assistant Manager/ Manager, with 5 years working experience to join their Complaints Team.
Your new role
- As a contributor of the team, you will manage the end-to-end process of handling written complaints, including logging, investigating, and resolving issues.
- Liaise with various departments and external parties to gather necessary information and provide comprehensive responses.
- Handle public complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct prompt and thorough investigations to identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
- Render quality resolutions to customers, ensuring their concerns are addressed and their expectations are met.
- Collaborate with other departments and parties to resolve complex cases and streamline workflow processes.
- Prepare management reports to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Perform ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by management.
What you'll need to succeed
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in complaint handling, or a related role within banks, insurance firms and regulatory bodies.
- Bachelor Degree holder with relevant working experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- High level of integrity and professionalism.
