Job Descriptions:
•Oversee financial framework of daily accounting activities, including payment processing, bank account maintenance, and preparing books and ledgers for the licensed corporation.
•Prepare monthly financial and FRR reports.
•Assist in the preparation of management reports and the month-end closing process.
•Conduct performance analysis on investment portfolios and work with senior management.
•Implement and maintain effective financial controls within the organisation.
•Liaise with internal and external parties for annual audits and tax return matters.
•Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.
Job Requirements:
•Degree in Finance & Accounting, Professional Accounting, or a related field.
•Professional qualifications in CPA, ACC, or equivalent; finalists will also be considered.
•A minimum of 5 years of work experience, preferably in a hedge fund environment.
•Strong work experience and capability to work as an individual contributor.
•Solid understanding of investment funds or asset management.
•Proactive problem solver, detail-oriented, flexible, and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
•Strong technical accounting knowledge, excellent time management, interpersonal skills, and a good team spirit.
