We are looking for a Tech Delivery Lead to manage the implementation of innovative digital solutions and ensure successful project execution across cross-functional teams within a top-tier insurance company. The candidate will oversee both offshore and onshore teams, ensuring optimal performance and maintainability of customer digital platforms while driving quality improvements and implementing modern engineering practices.

Job Description

  1. Collaborate with project teams and technology leads to deliver solutions that support business requirements.
  2. Lead offshore and onshore teams to engineer components for customer digital platforms, ensuring automation, high performance, and maintainability.
  3. Oversee all application SDLC processes to maintain optimal quality and performance.
  4. Engage with stakeholders and operations teams to provide support for digital platforms and lead quality improvement initiatives.
  5. Drive transformation initiatives utilising technologies such as infrastructure as code, DevOps, CI/CD, and cloud-native approaches for agile platform management.


Requirements

  1. Extensive experience in automation and zero-touch operations, with a focus on delivery standards and best practices.
  2. Strong background in cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure and its associated services (e.g., Azure Data Factory, AKS, Azure DevOps).
  3. Proficiency in DevOps tools and next-generation technologies, including CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and Jenkins.
  4. Familiarity with frontend technologies such as ReactJS, Java, Spring Boot, and AngularJS.
  5. Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across business and IT functions.
