Responsibilities:
- Lead the development and enhancement of the New Business, Underwriting, and ePOS digital platform, ensuring alignment with the companys strategic goals.
- Facilitate collaboration between Business and IT teams in an Agile environment to deliver high-quality digital solutions.
- Act as a liaison between stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into technical specifications for the development team.
- Oversee the product lifecycle from ideation to deployment, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
- Prioritize product features and enhancements based on business value, customer needs, and technical feasibility.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing user feedback and performance metrics to refine product features.
- Conduct regular meetings with stakeholders to update on project status, gather feedback, and manage expectations.
Requirements:
- Approximately 7 years of experience in the life insurance industry, with a specific focus on New Business Sales Processes and Underwriting.
- Proven experience in managing digital product development using Agile methodologies.
- Strong understanding of New Business digital platforms and the ability to leverage technology to optimize business processes.
- Excellent communication skills in both Cantonese and English, with the ability to effectively engage with business stakeholders to elicit requirements and with technical teams to ensure successful delivery.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering customer-centric solutions.
- Experience with product management tools and methodologies is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree from a reputable University.
