You will be responsible for performing loan drawdown and loan maintenance of Commercial Loans and Mortgage Loans.
Main Responsibilities: - Handle drawdown, rollover and settlement of Syndicated Loans, Club Deals, Commercial Term Loans and Money Market Loans
- Coordinate with facility agent, account manager of Corporate Banking Division to ensure the loan documents are properly signed prior to execution of the transactions
- Handle Premium Financing loan transactions
- Handle Mortgage Loan creation & disbursement transactions
- Prepare the quotation of early settlement figures to solicitor firms for mortgage redemption transactions
- Handle Mortgage Loan term change transactions (interest rate, loan tenor & repayment date)
- Handle Mortgage Loan partial / early repayment transactions
- Back-up for other loan operational functions within / cross team
- Take up any ad hoc assignments from supervisor / manager
Incumbent Requirements: - Matriculated or above
- Minimum 1 year in bank operations, preferably related to loan operations
- Basic bank product knowledge and accounting principles
- Candidate with the qualification of Certified Banker is an advantage
