Your role
We're looking for Marketing Specialist to:
• conceptualize, organize and evaluate marketing activities for UBS GWM business in Greater China. Ensure tracking of events which deliver against key market specific business objectives
• be the digital marketing expert. Use data driven insights to improve client/ user experience. Support the implementation of digital marketing campaigns.
• monitor competitive landscape and industry best practices; evangelize best practices for digital marketing
• keep abreast of new digital marketing tools , webinar platforms, new production ideas that would be relevant for our business and contribute to digital transformation of our business
• ensure proper budget controls and practices and ensure all marketing materials comply with our guidelines, policies and regulatory requirements
• work closely with external agencies/ vendors
• support in producing management reports and presentation
• assist in maintenance of web content, marketing publications and communication materials

The Global Wealth Management (GWM) Greater China Marketing team partners and collaborates with GWM to support business on communications, marketing strategy, data and analytics while supporting the broader GWM overall strategic direction of the firm using client insights, CA sentiment and market research and analytics to ensure we are personalized, relevant, on-time and seamless.

Your expertise
• over 7 years' experience in marketing and communications, preferably in event & digital marketing (display advertising, social media, influencer marketing, search campaign, website, email & video marketing, online content strategy etc.)
• demonstrate experience of running marketing projects independently and/ or digital campaigns as part of an integrated Marketing plan. Familiar with various digital channels (WeChat, LinkedIn, Facebook) is an advantage
• strong in develop marketing program and content
• team player, ability to partner and negotiate with cross functional teams. Willing to take challenge and explore the variety of possibilities with pro-active attitude
• strong in excel, data analytics skills, tableau, PowerPoint for management reporting
• excellent interpersonal, communication skills and proven ability to work in high pressure environments
• adept with digital / technology and is comfortable learning, using and teaching technical concepts
• Fluent in English and Mandarin (speaking, listening, reading and writing) as required to support Greater China market.
