We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Associate, Account Management to join our Collateral Management team. This role is in Hong Kong - HYBRID
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Account managers are key services owners, supporting revenue through operational controls.
- Oversees assigned client accounts, ensuring satisfaction, swift response to client needs, efficient problem resolution, supporting internal stakeholder engagement and risk mitigation
- Consults with clients on best practices, solutions and ensures speed of execution for clients to support client engagement.
- Supports the RM on tracking and reporting client metrics allowing development of account plan.
- Account manager will help clients build breadth of knowledge on the firms products/services and gain exposure to more complex client accounts and issues.
- Account manager enables client activation and execution of commercial objectives through supporting set ups, account maintenance and ensuring clients are set up correctly for reporting with internal stakeholders.
- Account manager ensure clients tax documents are managed correctly
- Account manager ensures accurate and timely set up and approval of invoices.
- Proactively works with Relationship manager on client accounts, ensuring continued client satisfaction understanding client needs.
- Advises clients on best practices, organizational solutions and key changes.
- Acts as day-to-day point of contact for the client.
- Provide support to Relationship Management function to enhance the account strategy.
- Escalates relevant issues to senior team members or management.
- Directly manages client inquiries and resolves problems within scope of knowledge.
- Responsibilities are primarily limited to own client accounts, however will contribute to the achievement of any team or area objectives.
To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
- Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
- 4-7 years of total work experience preferred.
- Experience in account management or client services preferred
