Our client is one of the largest commercial banks in Hong Kong providing a wide range of banking services to a diverse customer base. They are looking for a Branch Operations Manager to oversee the operational activities of their commercial bank branch.
Job Duties
- Manage and supervise daily branch operations and financial activities to ensure compliance with the bank's policies
- Ensure accurate
- Oversee counter services and back office administration to ensure proper service delivery and processing
- Act as the point of contact for escalated customer inquiries, complaints, and service issues, ensuring prompt resolution and excellent customer satisfaction
- Monitor branch performance metrics and KPIs to identify areas for improvement
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
- 5 to 10 years of branch operations experience in the banking industry preferably with supervisory experience
- In-depth knowledge of banking operations, regulatory compliance, risk management, and internal controls
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving abilities
- Fluent in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Candidates with less experience can be considered for a Counter Services Officer position
