Systems Specialist
(Deskside)
- Higher Diploma in Computer Science or related discipline
- Over 8 years' experience in IT sector of which at least 5 years in Microsoft Windows desktop platform support and maintenance
- Solid experience in endpoint security products/ solutions
- Strong technical skills on Windows environment, Deskside hardware and software
- Experience in patch management, Group Policy, Windows and Mac OS is preferable
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Fluency in Putonghua is preferable
