Job Responsibilities - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define and implement user experience strategies.
- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
- Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.
- Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
- Advocate for user-centered design practices and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization.
- Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user journey.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the insurance and finance sectors.
Job Requirements - Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in the insurance or finance industries.
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and UX research techniques.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
- A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your problem-solving skills and thought process.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
