Job Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, development, and marketing, to define and implement user experience strategies.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights that inform design decisions.
  • Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and other design tools.
  • Create and maintain design specifications and guidelines to ensure consistency across all digital platforms.
  • Advocate for user-centered design practices and foster a design-thinking culture within the organization.
  • Analyze user feedback and analytics to identify areas for improvement and optimize the user journey.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UX design, particularly within the insurance and finance sectors.

Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in user experience design, preferably in the insurance or finance industries.
  • Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Strong understanding of design thinking methodologies and UX research techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present and articulate design concepts and rationale to stakeholders.
  • A portfolio showcasing your design work and demonstrating your problem-solving skills and thought process.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
