Legal VP (Around 100k per month)

Our client is a listed Chinese FI. They are looking for some legal candidates to join the SFC type 1, 4 and 9 business.

Salary: HK$80k - HK$100k

Responsbility

  1. Draft, review and negotiate a broad range of contracts and agreement;
  2. Provide legal advice to the business including but not limited to debt capital markets, PE Investment, Cross border Investment, etc.;
  3. Support in Projects in new products and business initiative;
  4. Prepare management reports in Chinese;
  5. and Perform ad-hoc tasks assigned from time to time.

 

Requirements

  1. Bachelor's Degree holder or above in Law or related disciplines;
  2. Minimum 5 years of legal experience in financial industry;
  3. Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua;
  4. Qualified lawyer will definitely be advantage but not a must;
  5. Familar with the Chinese Financial Institution working culture.
