Your new role
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
- Analyse and map business processes to identify areas for improvement and optimisation.
- Translate business requirements into technical specifications for IT solutions
- Work closely with the IT development team to ensure that solutions meet business needs and are delivered on time.
- Conduct feasibility studies, cost-benefit analyses, and risk assessments for proposed projects.
- Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and documentation
- Facilitate communication between business stakeholders and the IT development team.
- Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and provide support during implementation and post-implementation phases
- Monitor and report on project progress, resolving issues and managing risks as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and IT solutions.
What you'll need to succeed
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as an IT Business Analyst or similar role.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools.
- Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.
