Overview
Our client is one of the leading commercial banks in HK and China with a diversified business portfolio. They are looking for multiple people to join their Remittance team (Senior Officer to Manager level) to handle remittance and settlement transactions.
Job Duties
- Execute remittance transactions with professionalism.
- Engage with customers and address their inquiries.
- Generate daily and managerial reports.
- Participate in system enhancement projects periodically.
- Fulfill assigned tasks from supervisors and team leaders.
Job Requirements
- 6 to 10 years of experience in remittance in banking industry.
- Strong understanding of cross-border settlement (RMB / HKD) and relevant regulatory standards.
- Experience in trade or settlement transactions using SWIFT is highly advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities with effective time management skills.
- Proficiency in spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua is required.
