Job Duties:
- Work closely with stakeholders to collect and document business needs, transforming them into clear technical specifications.
- Help define and prioritize the product roadmap, aligning it with business objectives and user requirements.
- Perform market research and competitive assessments to shape product strategy and uncover innovation opportunities.
- Develop comprehensive user stories and acceptance criteria to direct the development team's efforts.
- Lead design thinking workshops to extract insights and articulate user needs.
- Utilize Figma to design wireframes and interactive prototypes, facilitating early feedback on requirements.
- Serve as a bridge between business stakeholders and the development team, ensuring effective communication and alignment.
- Engage in product testing to verify that features meet business requirements and user expectations.
- Ensure thorough documentation of product features, requirements, and processes is maintained.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Over 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Manager.
- Proficient in business analysis tools and methodologies.
- Familiar with product management tools (e.g., JIRA, Trello, Aha!).
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of the software development lifecycle (SDLC).
- Experience with design tools like Figma.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and practices.
- Experience in organizing product promotion and engagement events.
