Responsible for channel strategic planning, distribution contracting, licensing and compensation management.
Major Responsibility:
- Handle administrative tasks related to the onboarding or cooperation agreements of channel business partners, including agents, intermediary agencies, etc., such as due diligence, contract document preparation, and document organization
- Assist channels in formulating relevant compensation systems and calculate and distribute commission and other benefits monthly based on performance.
- Conduct contract maintenance reviews of agents and brokers according to the company policies
- Assist in handling inquiries, appeals, adjustments, and other matters related to the above affairs from respective business channel.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above in full-time education, majoring in marketing, insurance, finance, economics, or management.
- At least 8-10 years of relevant experience in the insurance industry.
- Excellent logical thinking ability, strong teaching skills, and report writing ability
- Good communication skills, learning ability, execution, and strong sense of responsibility.
- Strong awareness of compliance, ethics, and integrity
- Proficient in speaking and writing Chinese, English, and Mandarin
- Proficient in office software such as Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
