Trade Support Analyst – Top-Tier Hedge Fund (Excel, VBA, CTM, Triana, MarkitWire) – Hong Kong

BAH Partners are currently hiring a Trade Support Engineer for a top-tier Hedge Fund in Hong Kong. In this role, you will play a key part in daily trade operations, treasury management, and ensuring seamless trading activities to support the hedge fund’s operations in Asia.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Daily trade affirmation and reconciliation to ensure accurate transaction records.
  • Prepare and distribute daily cash level reports.
  • Perform treasury tasks, including margin and cash/collateral monitoring across Prime Brokers and counterparties.
  • Liaise with third parties to onboard new trading relationships or resolve existing trade issues.
  • Ensure accurate and timely trade booking.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 3–5 years of relevant experience in the financial services industry.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Excel, VBA, and familiarity with market tools such as CTM, Triana, or MarkitWire.
  • Education: Analytically strong with a solid mathematical background.
