My client is a well established investment bank looking for a VP in Human Resources specifically focusing on C&B and Rewards Management
Principal Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Come up with rewards strategies (incl. salary review, bonus and incentive scheme, etc.) a to ensure they are in line with the market best practices and business strategies
2. Participate in various surveys on market trend in compensation & benefits
3. Manage compensation & benefits projects, including HRIS related projects, etc.
4. Work closely with Head Quarter HR on HR projects and communication
Job Specification:
a. Qualification
- Degree holder in related discipline
b. Experience
- Minimum 15 years of relevant experience in handling Hong Kong and PRC compensation, benefits and HR systems
- Solid experience in designing and implementing bonus/ incentive scheme and salary structure etc.
c. Knowledge
- Good knowledge of relevant law, legislations and regulatory requirements relating to employment and tax
- Good management and planning skills
- Positive attitude, proactive and motivated
- Proficiency in MS Office applications and HR systems
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese (fluency in Putonghua is an advantage)
