Fund Consultant / Investor Relations - Top Tier Hedge Fund

Responsibilities:

• Prospecting for new managers and allocators;
• Client meetings/calls in which analysts assist in preparation, participation, and follow up.
• Interaction with hedge fund clients and allocators.
• Conducting introductory calls, coordinating and hosting new prospective allocator meetings;
• Coordinate both internal teams and third party partners and prime brokerages to assist clients in the fund establishment process, including where required, certain documentation review;
• Generate leads and building relationships through regular calls and meetings. Keep complete records through CRM system and preparing accurate reports, proposals and other documentation as required;
• Meeting regular sales quotas through implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics;
• Develop intelligent market and sales strategies through client-specific analysis and industry research;
• Handle other ad-hoc assignments when required.
• Liaising with media channels to issue press releases of new launches and critical events;
• Coordinating with global databases and uploading fund performance;
• Networking and attending industry conferences;

Requirement:

• Bachelors degree or above;
• 4 years of relevant experience 
• Self-starter with excellent attention to detail and exemplary problem-solving abilities;
• Energetic, efficient, and resourceful team player and individual contributor;
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask, meet deadlines, and adjust to changing priorities;
• Demonstrated comfort with presenting in front of both small and large groups;
• Fluent in spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese.
