The candidate will lead the development and execution of data-driven content strategies across digital platforms for our brands. Reporting to the Marketing Lead, you will craft compelling narratives to elevate brand visibility, maximize social media impact, and drive lead generation initiatives.
This role serves as the guardian of both brands' voices, orchestrating diverse content streams while maintaining message consistency across all channels. Your responsibilities will span the entire content ecosystem–from crafting engaging social media campaigns and managing strategic content calendars to developing targeted email marketing initiatives and producing SEO-optimized long-form content.
Responsibilities
Drive content strategy and execution across social media platforms (X/Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok), ensuring consistent brand voice and messaging
Collaborate with the Marketing Lead to align content initiatives with overall marketing objectives and campaign goals.
Create and manage comprehensive content calendars for multiple digital channels, adapting content format and style to each platform's unique requirements.
Write compelling copy for social media posts, email campaigns, website content, and other marketing materials.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Speakers, Sponsors, Business Analysts, Community) to support their objectives through strategic content initiatives and marketing channels.
Monitor and analyze performance metrics across digital channels to optimize content strategy and improve engagement.
Track and report on key performance indicators, providing regular insights and recommendations to improve content effectiveness.
Conduct regular competitor analysis and stay current with industry trends in web3, AI, and FinTech spaces to inform content strategy.
Stay current with digital marketing trends, best practices, and platform updates to maintain competitive advantage.
Support content needs for marketing campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.
Requirements
3-5 years of experience in content marketing or similar role.
Strong writing and editing skills with excellent attention to detail.
Experience in developing and executing content strategies that drive engagement and lead generation, with a proven record of creating impactful content across social media platforms.
Proficiency in social media analytics tools and performance tracking.
Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Strong collaboration skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.
Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges creatively.
Self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability
Knowledge of web3, or the AI industry is a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
