The right candidate will be assigned to assist the Platform Managment Team to provide the follwoing tasks,
Project Management & Business Analyst
- Plan, manage and drive multiple project deliverables for the wealth management business.
- Take the role of the Platform Subject Matter Expert for various business segments.
- Work directly with business segments across regions to ensure all targets and requirements are met.
- Gather requirements from users and stakeholders, and prepare business requirement documentations for platform changes.
- Manage internal (business, support, product managers & technology teams) and external (partners and vendors) stakeholders to ensure the delivery of the initiatives and enhancements.
- Support and influence continuous improvement of product/solution development.
- Offer training to end users on platform enhancements and initiatives.
- Coordinate and/or perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for platform change.
Platform Support & Service Manager
- Key representative/Coordinator for departments being serviced.
- Trusted advisor for processes and system enhancements.
- Manage, handle and follow up on platform related enquiries.
- Meet business requests on a timely basis and correctly implement procedures.
- Provide professional advice on platform changes/requests.
- Collaborate with regional / Business Units to align business requirements on platform changes.
- Provide timely feedback to user enquiries to minimize impact to clients/processes.
- Prepare training materials and provide training to end-users on platform enhancements.
- Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) correctly and on schedule.
Requirements
- Bachelors Degree or above in Business-related major, or Computer Science.
- 3-5 years or above business analysis / project management experience.
- 3-5 years or above banking/wealth management expertise.
- Proven track record of demonstrating equivalent knowledge.
- Strong attention to details and extremely well-organized.
- Follow through tasks and goals with ownership mentality.
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing priorities.
- Strong interpersonal skills, demonstrating an ability to work well with teams & stakeholders.
