Our client is an international technology firm and theyre looking for energetic talents passionate for learning and development/ corporate training to join their expanding and fast-paced team
Responsibilities:
- Plan and conduct internal trainings for HK and regional teammates
- Work with vendors to provide, enhance training sessions and conduct the quality check
- Develop the materials needed for learning and developments
- Assess the results of training
- Cross-functional support in the HR team and ad-hoc support upon request
Requirements:
- 1-2 years Learning and Development, training or consulting working/ internship experience.
- Outstanding freshgrads with related experience and HR, education, literature-related majors will also be considered
- Proficient with Microsoft Suite, photo and video editing tools such as Photoshop and Illustrator
- Fast-paced and detail oriented
- Excellence team player and open to new challenges to thrive with the team
- HKPR, IANG, TTPS and QMAS holders are all very welcome
- Fluency in Mandarin and English is a must. Fluent in Cantonese may be an advantage
