Job Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to have a profound understanding of the company's wealth preservation and inheritance product lines (including family trusts, insurance in Hong Kong, Singapore, the United States, etc., as well as immigration services), covering but not limited to product features, underlying logics, customer groups, marketing strategies, and comprehensive solution configurations, and on this basis, promote the sales of relevant products.
- Explore and cooperate with various channel teams. Facilitate client signings through client analysis and management, solution formulation, event design and implementation, client visits, etc. Coordinate to solve the pain points on the product side and achieve the annual marketing goals.
- Empower clients of various channels, promptly support the channels in addressing shortcomings in professional knowledge and skills, and make up for them through training, workshops and other forms. Support the scenario-based activities of the channels and carry out empowerment activities as required.
- Update product knowledge and internal and external product promotional materials in a timely manner, and support the implementation of relevant rights and interests.
Qualification Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or above. Graduates from the top 100 universities in the QS ranking will be given priority in recruitment. Majors in finance or marketing are preferred. Good English proficiency and the ability to work bilingually.
- Be familiar with the mainstream product lines in the market related to wealth preservation and inheritance business, have more than 10 years of experience in this industry, and more than 3 years of team management experience.
- Possess excellent expression and presentation abilities, with no less than 3 years of experience in solution design or presenting to clients.
- Be proactive, goal-oriented, self-motivated, and have a good sense of teamwork.
- Those with overseas work or study experience will be given preference. Be able to accept overseas assignments.
- Have no record of compliance violations.
