Fund Finance Manager - Top Private Equity

My client, a top PE fund house, is looking for a Fund Finance Manager to oversee fund operations, audits, and cash flow. Candidates with relevant PE fund house experience and previous Big 4 audit background would be ideal for them.

Salary: HK$45k - HK$60k

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee fund operations, including capital calls, distributions, NAV calculations, and cash flow management for private equity funds and SPVs.
  • Manage quarter-end and year-end audits, tax filings, and US regulatory requirements.
  • Perform cash flow forecasting, monitor cash activities, and handle payments.
  • Collaborate with external parties (auditors, tax advisors, fund administrators) and internal teams (compliance, security brokers) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in KYC processing for LP transfers and review quarterly reporting packages from fund administrators.
  • Prepare valuation models for unlisted equity securities using market multiples.
  • Liaise with custodians to arrange in-kind distributions and respond to investor inquiries regarding cash flow analysis and reconciliations.
  • Develop internal guidelines for CIMA FAR filing and review returns prepared by fund administrators.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Graduation in accounting or finance related Bachelor Degree, with a professional accounting qualification is a must
  • 6-9 years of experience gained from PE fund house + previuos Big 4 audit background
  • Adaptable to fast-paced working environment
