RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Initiate internal committees and projects related to ESG risk
  • Review quarterly ESG risk management report/annually disclosure
  • Conduct market research periodically
  • Support the senior in developing investment strategies
  • Reviews capital calls and distribution of related fund managers.
  • Work with fund administrative officer with respect to monitor ongoing investments capital call, distributions
  • Oversees the existing fund managers and financial performance of portfolio companies
  • Attending Investor Conferences and complete meeting memo
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • At least 2-3 years of experiences in investor reporting, accounting, custody or fund administration of listed equity funds, private equity funds, fund of funds or hedge funds.
  • Excellent Excel skills; knowledge of Power BI / Power query skills are highly preferred.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Cantonese.
  • Candidate with experience in industry leading fund software (e.g. Investran, e-Front, etc) is preferred.
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and work well under pressure.
