PRIMARY OBJECTIVES

Business and Product Management

  • Oversee the Research & Product Development Department within the Securities Services Division

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Support the Division Head in crafting business plans and devising product strategies to meet organizational goals.
  • Lead the development of securities products and drive initiatives to achieve business growth and profitability.
  • Manage securities-related projects, ensuring timely and successful execution.
  • Supervise the department and evaluate team performance to maintain high standards and meet business objectives.
  • Establish and implement operational standards, policies, and procedures to enhance efficiency.
  • Serve as a Responsible Officer (RO) to oversee dealing, compliance, and operational functions within the securities business.
  • Ensure that dealing activities conducted by licensed personnel adhere to regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.
  • Conduct quantitative and qualitative research to support informed business decision-making.
  • Collaborate with other divisions and departments to streamline operations, boost productivity, and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Division Head to address business and operational needs.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree or higher.
  • Minimum of 8 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial capacity.
  • In-depth knowledge of functional responsibilities and the banking industry.
  • Strong expertise in securities products, operations, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Proven leadership abilities, professionalism, and innovative problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication, analytical, and team management capabilities.
  • Business-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving results.
  • Relevant qualifications for RI and RO roles in RA1 and RA4.
