  1. 负责视觉SLAM/VIO算法研发与优化,包括特征提取、位姿估计、地图构建等核心模块
  2. 开发多传感器融合(视觉/IMU/激光雷达)定位方案,提升复杂场景鲁棒性
  3. 实现SLAM算法在嵌入式平台的高效部署与性能调优
  4. 参与三维重建、场景理解等计算机视觉相关技术预研

岗位要求:

  1. 硕士及以上学历,计算机/机器人/自动化/数学等相关专业
  2. 精通SLAM基础理论,熟悉ORB-SLAM/VINS等开源框架实现原理
  3. 熟练使用C++/Python,掌握OpenCV/PCL/ROS等开发工具
  4. 具备多传感器标定、时序同步或嵌入式优化经验者优先
  5. 熟悉非线性优化、概率滤波算法,数学建模能力扎实
  6. 英语文献阅读能力,具备独立技术攻关与团队协作精神


Responsibilities:

  1. Research and optimize visual SLAM/VIO algorithms, including feature extraction, pose estimation and mapping
  2. Develop multi-sensor fusion (visual/IMU/LiDAR) solutions for robust localization in complex scenarios
  3. Deploy SLAM algorithms on embedded platforms with performance tuning
  4. Conduct R&D in 3D reconstruction and scene understanding technologies

Requirements:

  1. Master's degree or above in CS/Robotics/Automation/Mathematics
  2. Proficient in SLAM fundamentals with deep understanding of ORB-SLAM/VINS frameworks
  3. Skilled in C++/Python with hands-on experience in OpenCV/PCL/ROS
  4. Experience in multi-sensor calibration, time synchronization or embedded optimization preferred
  5. Strong mathematical background in nonlinear optimization and probabilistic filtering
  6. Capable of technical documentation reading in English, with independent problem-solving skills
