OTC Product Trader, Associate - Senior Associate

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Execute efficiently OTC products trades (such as bonds, structured products and funds) for clients and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies
• Maintain a good communication with product suppliers and counterparties, and keep a keen eye on the market and product dynamic.
• Jointly complete product onboard duties, according to company compliance process and department product selection system.
• Assist to provide sales team with market insights, hold sales training, promote products marketing, and collect feedback for future product layout adjustment.
• Collaboratively perform department-level internal control duties related to the over-the-counter products

REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor degree in business administration or finance or related profession, professional qualification such as CFA, FRM is preferred
• At least 2 years of work experience in financial market (preferably in OTC trading products)
• Have a good understanding of the global financial market and products
• Have a strong sense of responsibility and good communication skills
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and to complete multi-tasks accurately on time
• Motivation to learn proactively
• Good written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English
