Key Responsibilities：
1. Execute and manage cash equity trades across global markets, particularly during night shift hours, ensuring efficient and compliant transaction processes.
2. Monitor real-time market dynamics, liquidity, and risk metrics to develop and optimize trading strategies.
3. Collaborate closely with sales, research, and risk management teams to address client needs and provide professional support.
4. Track global market policies and industry trends, and contribute to cross-time-zone trading system and process improvements.
Requirements：
- Bachelors degree or higher in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- 3~5years of experience in equity/cash trading, with exposure to Chinese or international financial institutions preferred.
- Proficiency in both English and Mandarin.
- Adaptability to night shift schedules, strong stress tolerance, and sharp market intuition with quick decision-making skills.
