Main Duties:
- Lead the HCM system implementation project for our HK HR office
- Collaborate with project team in head office to understand the HCM requirements and translate them into local specifications
- Conduct UAT to ensure effective adoption of HCM systems and optimize workflows
- Perform system audits and ensure data accuracy within the HCM systems
- Provide support and conduct trainings for HCM system users
- Create documentation such as procedures / process maps for the new HCM systems
- Support some daily operation of HRSS, e.g. background check, letter generation, onboarding process of new hires etc.
- Assist in any ad-hoc projects when assigned
Job Requirements:
- Bachelores degree in IT, HR, or a related field
- 5 years of experience in HRIS implementation projects
- Good knowledge in HR Processes and HR Data
- Experience in Workday is preferred
