Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to all team members when necessary
- Liaise with suppliers and customers
- Answer and direct phone calls, taking and passing on messages accurately
- Draft and send standard emails and letters
- Organise and carry out electronic filing, hard copy filing and photocopying
- Sorting and scanning of mail, invoices and other documentation
- Data entry and checking
Skills & Experience:
- Proficiency in English and Chinese
- Methodical, meticulous & structured approach to everyday tasks
