Scope of Responsibilities:
1. Be in charge of the marketing management business of domestic trusts related to internal referrals in global financial management, as well as the establishment and ongoing management services of overseas family trusts.
2. Provide overseas family trust establishment and subsequent ongoing management services for self-developed customers.
3. Provide customers with overseas company registration and maintenance secretarial services.
4. According to the goals set by the department, plan the annual business promotion plan for the team under management, and be responsible for achieving goals such as team performance.
Qualifications:
1. A bachelor's degree or above from a prestigious university, with more than 10 years of working experience in trust management.
2. Be familiar with all process links of trust business, possess the professional ability to independently undertake family trust projects, and have professional knowledge in aspects such as the legal basis, risk management, fiscal and tax planning, and investment and financial management related to family trusts.
3. Have rich experience in financial asset allocation, be familiar with the knowledge of various financial products, and those with experience in family offices will be given priority.
4. Have a clear career development plan and long-term goals, show a strong interest in trust business, and have a high stress tolerance.
