Key Responsibilities: 

Fund Accounting:

  • Oversee fund accounting processes, including NAV calculations, fund performance reporting, and investor communications.
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accounting standards applicable to private equity funds.

Corporate Accounting:

  • Manage corporate accounting functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.
  • Oversee the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

Team Management:

  • Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
  • Collaborate with other departments to support business operations and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; CPA or CFA designation preferred.
  • Minimum10 years of experience in finance, with at least [Y] years in a leadership role within private equity or asset management.
  • Strong knowledge of fund accounting principles and corporate finance.
  • Proven experience in financial reporting and compliance in a regulated environment.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills.
