Responsibilities:
1. Brand Management:
- Lead brand development and maintenance for Web3-related products/services, enhancing market influence and recognition.
- Manage partnerships with upstream and downstream collaborators to expand brand reach.
2. Media & Publicity:
- Develop and execute media promotion strategies across multiple channels to increase brand exposure and market share.
3. Digital Marketing:
- Plan and implement campaigns (social media, content marketing, SEO/SEM) to boost audience engagement and brand loyalty.
- Contribute to community operations and strategy formulation.
4. Market Research:
- Analyze Web3 industry trends, competitor activities, and user needs to provide data-driven insights for strategy optimization.
5. Cross-Departmental Collaboration:
- Align brand strategies and marketing initiatives with company goals through close coordination with Product, Tech, and Operations teams.
6. Event Planning & Execution:
- Organize online/offline events with cross-functional teams (Operations, Business Development) to enhance user interaction and market penetration.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree or above in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, or related fields.
- 3+ years of marketing experience in Web3/blockchain industries, with deep knowledge of industry dynamics.
- Proven expertise in brand management, digital marketing, and PR communication.
- Strong analytical skills to adapt strategies based on market feedback.
- Excellent communication, teamwork, and innovative thinking.
- Fluent in English to support collaboration with global teams.
