Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations
- Support the development and implementation of Product Engine.
- Identify and address project risks and issues in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate projects seamlessly
- Develop, conduct, assist and follow-up test cases
- Provide regular status updates and reports to stakeholders.
- Ensure the project aligns with the organisation's overall business objectives.
- Provide support and training to end-users.
- Handle ad-hoc projects as assigned.
Qualifications
Working Experience:
- Minimum 4 years of experience in insurance as a technical business analyst, preferably with exposure to proposal system-related projects.
- Experience in requirements gathering and analysis.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology,
Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Required Knowledge:
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with insurance proposal system
- Java, Spring, ReactJS, MSSQL, Oracle
